Monday 12.30 pm: Life Spirit discussion group (in the church)
Join us for our Life Spirit engagement group meeting, exploring deep questions, based on the book Life Spirit by David Usher. (No need to buy the book). On Monday 27th March we will consider our beliefs about the divine.

Tuesday 7.30 pm: Meditation (online)
Join the Unitarian Transformers for a different meditation every week. No previous experience of meditation is required. All welcome.
Tuesday 28th March – Lectio for Lent: a gentle meditation on a piece of poetry, using a modified version of the practice of Lectio Divina – a method of engaging with sacred texts in four parts – reading, reflecting, responding, and resting.

Thursday 7 pm: Heart and Soul (online)
Heart and Soul is a contemplative spiritual gathering in which you can take time to reflect on life in the company of others. Each session follows a regular pattern, including readings and music, time for guided prayers of gratitude, compassion for others, self-reflection, and silent meditation. All welcome.
