Join us to explore the legacy of inspiring Unitarians through the centuries. In our meeting on Monday 5th June, we will engage with the story of nineteenth century writer and Transcendentalist, Ralph Waldo Emerson. All welcome.

Tuesday 7.30 pm: Meditation (online)

Join the Unitarian Transformers for a different meditation every week. No previous experience of meditation is required. All welcome.

Tuesday 6th May – meditate with the beautiful poetry and music of medieval mystic Hildegard von Bingen, as we journey through the elements with her. Our meditation this week will focus on the element of earth.

Wednesday 7th June: Join the Unitarian Transformers with Dr Ramesh Pattni DPhil (Oxford), a renowned world authority on Yoga Psychology, to explore stress management through the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, and techniques from the Gita for managing the mind and wellbeing. All welcome.
